When you book an hour massage you GET an hour massage. Any extra time we use for setting up, preparing the table and time we need afterwards will not be charged. The price will be the price stated on the website; this includes transport costs. (No extra transport costs will be charged)

The accommodation needs to be spacious enough to set up the massage table. It needs to be possible for the therapist to move freely around the table.

We only accept cash payments.

If your hotel/accommodation has a spa and reception desk please check in advance that external mobile massage therapists will be allowed into the building.

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you. Missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment you booked.

Our work goes beyond connecting client and therapist. Home Visit Massage could not exist in its current form without the loyalty of our partnered therapists. This means our therapists are not allowed to give their own contact information. If you wish to make another appointment, our therapist will direct you either to our email address or phone number. We kindly ask you to respect the above and if possible notify us in case of a therapist negligence.

At all times during your massage your wishes and boundaries are respected.

We provide professional health stimulating and relaxing massages only.

On behalf of your health, there are no massages given if you have fever, flu, severe colds, contagious skin disease, vascular conditions, inflammations, high blood pressure, heart conditions, extreme fatigue.

No massages will be given in combination with the use of drugs, alcohol intoxication, antibiotics, and blood thinners. With severe menopausal symptoms please first contact your doctor.
